Professional bbq & rib restaurants and amateur rib cooks will be on the festival grounds where you trade-in your food tickets (given to you upon festival ticket purchase) for ribs - or purchase other foods offered by the many vendors!
Professional rib contestants, restaurants, and amateurs will
compete for the title of best ribs in the Tri-Cities.
A guest panel will judge the winners with the special "People's Choice" winner selected by popular vote!

Great American microbreweries, such as Rogue, Pisgah Brewing, Sierra Nevada, Thomas Creek, Highland Brewing Company, and more will be on the festival grounds, ready to give you a sample of their brews!
Just hand your 6 oz. collectable pilsner glass (given to all attendees) and one of your beer tickets and enjoy a refreshing drink from one of these fine breweries!
