Food
Restaurants and competitive teams will be located on the festival grounds from which you can purchase BBQ, Ribs and more. Please be sure to try a Rib Sampler from participating vendors and cast your vote for the "People's Choice Award". Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee will have drinks available for purchase.
Rib Cook-Off
Restaurants and competition teams will compete for the title of best ribs in the Tri-Cities. The Rib Cook-Off sponsored by Hormel is open to restaurants as well as individual competitors. Hormel will furnish 3 racks of ribs per cook-off participant and these are the racks that will be judged. Time of judgment to be announced.
A guest panel will judge the winners for the title of the best ribs with the special "People's Choice" winner selected by popular vote! To participate in the "People's Choice Award" , you must make available a rib sampler on your menu for attendees to purchase.

Beer
Our Beer Tasting Event features Great American microbreweries, such as Thomas Creek, Highland Brewing Company, and more, will be on the grounds ready to give you a sample of their brews! Ticketed Event. Attendees receive a 6 oz. collectable pilsner glass to use they participate in responsible sampling from these fine breweries.
Additionally, individual beers will be available for purchase throughout the festival grounds. The Beer Tasting Event will take place Rain or Shine!
Here are just some of the great microbreweries visiting who ticket holders will get to sample from: Thomas Creek, Foothills, Depot Street, Lazy Magnolia, Wolf Hills, Terrapin, Magic Hat, New Belgium, Star Hill, Yazoo, Highland, Duck-Rabbit, French Broad, Woodchuck & between 6-9 more!!! The Beer Sampling Event will be open from 1:00pm - 7:00pm.
